30 – 45 minute discussion where we’ll talk about your goals and budget. This is where we’ll gather all of the information we need to prepare a cost estimate and schedule. We can also provide helpful information at this stage on procuring your van (dealers to contact, models, and features).

We will provide a formal estimate and project schedule.

A $5000 fully refundable deposit will get you a reserved slot on our build calendar.

Now that we have you scheduled for a build slot, we’ll enter the design phase. This is where we will choose the specific finish options, floor plan, and features for your rig.

Once the design phase is complete, you drop off your van with us and we begin the build phase. At this stage a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated build cost is required. We’ll send you updates throughout the build process.

After the build is complete, we will schedule a detailed walkthrough with our production team. During the walkthrough, we’ll verify everything is exactly the way you want it and we’ll go through a full explanation of how to use all of the RV systems. Once the remaining balance for the build is paid, you’re free to take your rig and hit the road.
